Gardening Hack #4 – Use Small Containers
If you are short on space, then you can use small containers or even more affordable 5 gallon buckets from the hardware store to help you garden while also saving space. You can grow all sorts of items in tight spaces.
This includes lettuce, potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, and more. Place space-saving containers in any spot where you have some extra space outside on a patio or deck. You can even repurpose old rain gutters to grow leafy greens right outside your back door!
